Integrative Bodywork

Incorporating a Structural Integration approach, these treatments can help you to release deep set patterns of posture, movement and tension that are no longer serving you. This unique style of bodywork, also known as Rolfing, was developed by Ida Rolf over 60 years ago.
Rather than individual muscles or body parts, this wholisitic approach works with the body-wide connective tissue network (known as fascia) that unites all your 'parts' into a cohesive 'you'. Through soft tissue manipulation and movement re-education, long term holding patterns can be released to restore postural balance and functional ease. Read more about Structural Integration here |
